Hector Gardens
Hector Gardens, one of Perth’s original apartment buildings, faced significant infrastructure challenges due to its aging electrical and meter systems. Recognising increasing reliability issues and rising maintenance costs, the Strata Manager sought a solution to upgrade the infrastructure while creating a revenue stream to fund the project.
