Powering Centuria Capital Group's (formally known as Primewest) Portfolio with Tailored Energy Solutions. Centuria has partnered with EnergyTec through an Enterprise Service Level Agreement to optimise energy management across their West Australian retail precincts and commercial centres.
The EnergyTec team has been servicing One90 since 2016, and in March 2019, CBRE engaged our Technical division to conduct a Meter Network Audit after noticing a large unmetered balance in the monthly reports. The audit revealed an unmetered balance of 20%, well above the acceptable threshold of 2%, prompting the recommendation for a Meter Infrastructure Upgrade.
