One90
The Challenge
EnergyTec has been servicing One90 since 2016. In March 2019, CBRE engaged the Technical division to complete a Meter Network Audit following a consistently large unmetered balance that was flagged by the Client Services team on the monthly reports. Due to the high unmetered balance, one of the recommendations from the audit was to undertake a Meter Infrastructure Upgrade, to upgrade existing meters onsite to AMR and BMS compatible meters, along with ensuring all metering onsite are NMI pattern approved and compliant. An unmetered balance should account for no more than 2% of the total site usage, prior to the upgrade the unmetered balance was at 20%.
Our Solution
CBRE approved the upgrade for One90 and works began in August 2019.
EnergyTec have deployed:
- Supply and install x39 Landis + Gyr EM5100 3 Phase DC Meters.
 - Supply and install x21 Landis + Gyr EM5400 3 Phase CT Meters.
 - Programming and Commissioning of all metering product.
 - Program, Install & Commission Automated Meter Reading ancillary
equipment – Intercel 3G NP Modems and antennas. - Management of all data, meter network drawings and registers throughout
the upgrade process. - Technical Services Advisory & Support during duration of project
Commissioning the AMR Network to an offsite database.
