Utility Tariff and Pricing Updates
As part of our commitment to keeping you informed, we would like to share the upcoming utility pricing updates for the 2025/2026 financial year, following the recent release of the WA State Government Budget.
Electricity Tariff Updates
The State Government has forecast the following increases, effective 1 July 2025:
• 2.5% increase to:
- A1 Residential Tariff
 - L1 Small Business Tariff
 - R1 Small Business Time-of-Use Tariff
 - C1 Community Service Plan Tariff

Gas Pricing
Gas pricing for commercial small-use customers will be updated to reflect the regulated maximum price cap published by the State Government, unless specific instructions have been provided.
Water Pricing
Water pricing will be adjusted in line with Water Corporation’s published Residential and Business water usage and sewer volume charges, where applicable.
Note: If you have specific on-sell instructions or contracted rates in place, no changes will be applied unless confirmed in writing.
Unsure which tariffs apply to your asset?
Tariffs in embedded networks are generally set in line with tenancy lease agreements and reflect equivalent regulated retail tariffs. As part of our Advantage service package, EnergyTec offers annual Tariff Review Reports to ensure each tenant’s electricity consumption aligns with the correct gazetted rate.
