Excellence in Manual Meter Reading

Our Field Service Officers (FSO) are extensively trained and certified to ensure secure, accurate, and compliant meter readings. Each officer:

• Undergoes internal training on electricity safety and risk management.
• Holds police clearances and working with children checks, as required.
• Completes building inductions and certifications to meet site-specific requirements.
• Utilises in-house tablet and smartphone applications for consistent data collection.

Ensuring Automated Data Accuracy

Before fully integrating an automated meter reading system into our billing platform, we conduct parallel data acquisition with our FSOs to verify accuracy. We also implement ongoing monitoring and alerts to detect any communication issues, such as accidental modem disconnections.
