The Challenge

Centuria Capital Group (formally known as Primewest) entered into an Enterprise Service Level Agreement over an extended term for all retail precincts and commercial centres in their West Australian Portfolio. Becoming one of  EnergyTec’s high valued key clients, Centuria properties are serviced with both manual and automated meter readings, customised reporting, meter network management including auditing and infrastructure maintenance. This also includes Private Energy Generation Services with renewable strategies for each asset, Project Director Management, and energy procurement.

The Outcome

EnergyTec strengthened their relationship with Centuria with the take up of Prime House, located in Joondalup in Perth’s North. The $135 million development achieved a five-star Green Rating and a 4.5 NABERs rating and includes advanced metering infrastructure technology among 152 fully automated meters. With properties geographically dispersed throughout Western Australia, EnergyTec’s are successfully able to meet all client expectations delivering a portfolio energy strategy. The Group recently signed up to our Advantage Plus level of Service.
