With the development of our flagship reporting system, Bill-Tec in 2015, we have been able to integrate over 30 years of property data. Bill-Tec has been specifically developed to suit the continually evolving Australian National Energy Market (NEM) and prepare for our expansion into the Eastern States. We are future-proofing our software to ensure that clients data remains not only up-to date, but it is also adaptable to the expected changes to the Energy Legislation at both a National and State level over the coming decade. Our reports include a summary of reconciled costs/consumptions/recoveries, validate usage by occupants and detail the allocated utility consumption and costs to the correct end user – tenant, resident, house services and common areas.

EnergyTec can now deliver energy technology and innovation via our brand-new billing engine (Bill-Tec), an in-house energy benchmarking tool that brings the data to life and can rollout proven income generating technology upgrades via advanced metering (AMI), renewable (Solar, Battery) and electric vehicle charging stations.
